Terms of Service

1. About Wayora

Wayora is an AI-powered travel planning platform that helps users create personalized multi-destination itineraries and book travel services (flights, accommodation, activities, transport) through third-party providers.

This agreement is being updated. Wayora organises and sells travel packages. The terms below are being revised to reflect the rights EU law grants travellers who buy a package. Until the revision is complete, nothing in this document limits any right the law grants you.

2. How It Works

• You describe your trip to our AI assistant
• Wayora generates a personalized itinerary
• You review and select flights, hotels, and activities from real-time results
• You pay through Wayora's secure checkout
• Wayora books each service with the respective provider on your behalf
• You receive booking confirmations and a Travel Kit

3. Your Contract

When you book through Wayora:

• You enter into separate contracts with each service provider (airline, hotel, activity provider)
• Wayora is NOT a party to these contracts
• Each provider's own terms and conditions apply to their service
• Wayora's service fee covers the AI planning and booking facilitation

4. Pricing

• Prices shown are sourced from third-party providers in real-time
• Wayora compares prices across multiple sources to find the best rate
• A service fee of €9.99–€14.99 per itinerary applies
• Prices are per person unless explicitly stated otherwise
• "~" (tilde) indicates estimated prices; final price is confirmed at checkout
• All prices include applicable taxes

5. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through our payment infrastructure
• Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna
• Payment is charged at the time of booking
• Currency: EUR (€)

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies depend on each service provider's terms
• Flights: subject to the airline's cancellation policy
• Hotels: subject to the hotel's cancellation policy (free cancellation where indicated)
• Activities: typically refundable up to 24h before
• Wayora's service fee is non-refundable
• To request a cancellation: email support@wayora.ai with your booking reference

7. Wayora Miles

• Earn 1 Mile per €1 spent on bookings
• 100 Miles = €1 discount on future bookings
• Miles expire after 24 months of inactivity
• Miles have no cash value and cannot be transferred
• Wayora reserves the right to modify the Miles program

8. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use Wayora
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You must be at least 18 years old

9. AI-Generated Content

• Itineraries are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies
• Wayora does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
• Always verify critical information (visa requirements, opening hours, etc.)
• AI suggestions for restaurants, activities, and tips are recommendations only

10. Limitation of Liability

• Wayora is not liable for the performance of third-party services
• Wayora is not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or hotel issues
• Wayora's maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid
• Wayora is not liable for losses arising from AI-generated content

11. Intellectual Property

• The Wayora platform, brand, and technology are proprietary
• User-generated content (trip preferences, reviews) may be used to improve the service
• Users retain ownership of their personal data

12. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Italian law
• Disputes shall be resolved by the Italian court with jurisdiction over Wayora's registered office
• For EU consumers: mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply

13. Linked Travel Arrangement Disclosure

In accordance with EU Directive 2015/2302:

• Each service (flight, hotel, activity) is a separate contract
• Wayora is completing the insolvency guarantee required of package travel organisers under EU law, through Redion/ASTOI. Bookings will not be accepted until this protection is in place.

14. Changes to Terms

Wayora may update these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
