The Technical Director is the role Italian law requires for a travel agency to operate, and it is an exclusive appointment: regional law in the Veneto requires each agency's Technical Director to hold this qualification exclusively, so whoever fills this role cannot hold the same appointment at another agency at the same time. They carry technical responsibility for the agency's activity, organisation, programming and intermediation of the trips we sell.

Vos missions

• Carry technical responsibility for the agency's activity, as required by industry regulation
• Oversee the organisation, programming and intermediation of the travel packages Wayora sells
• Ensure operating processes meet the obligations of Legislative Decree 79/2011 and Veneto regional regulation
• Act as the technical point of contact with the Region of Veneto for the agency's activity
• Work closely with the team building the product on flows that touch trip organisation

Ce que vous apportez

• Qualified to practise as Technical Director under DM Turismo no. 1432 of 5 August 2021, with requirements assessed by the Region of Veneto
• Available to hold the appointment exclusively: not compatible with the same role at another agency
• Based in Padova, where the agency is registered
• Full right to work in Italy
• Precision and reliability in a role that answers directly for the agency's compliance

Contrat

Ongoing collaboration, exclusive as required by law. Time commitment and terms to be defined during negotiations.
